Stuffed Crab Rice

Ingredients

1 cup Nagasari Super Import ERA Rice

1 ¼ cups water

4 crabs, boiled and taken out of the filling and the top shell only

2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil

1 tablespoon of butter

2 small shallots, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

2 hot chilies, finely chopped

1 carrot, finely chopped

1 potato, finely chopped

3 tablespoons sliced scallions

2 eggs

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder

Sugar and salt to taste

A little cilantro for garnish

Directions

  1. Put the rice and water into the rice cooker and cook like normal rice, take 1 cup of rice

  2. Boil the crab and let it cool, separate the contents. Set aside

  3. Heat oil and butter, saute red onion, garlic and chili until fragrant

  4. Add carrots, potatoes, fry until cooked

  5. In a bowl, combine the fried ingredients together with 1 cup of rice, crab filling, egg, spring onion, lemon juice, white pepper powder, sugar, and salt to taste. Mix well

  6. Put the mixture into the crab shell, heat a little cooking oil and fry the shell side first. Then flip and fry until cooked and golden brown. Ready to serve when hot.
