Rinse and filter the Nagasari Pulut Susu ERA Rice until the water becomes clear.
Using a whisk, mix activated charcoal powder with coconut milk until it becomes a paste.
Combine Nagasari Pulut ERA Rice, water, coconut milk, salt and pandan leaves in a pot until it boils.
Cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes or until the rice is tender. Keep checking the water level. If the water is reduced, add more water then mix the melaka sugar to taste.
Serve in a small bowl with excess coconut milk.
