Cheesy Thai Crab Omelette with Nagasari Super Import ERA


1 Cup Cooking Oil

3 Eggs

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Ground white pepper

2 tsp Fish sauce

150g Cooked crab meat

A handful of mozzarella cheese, shredded

A handful of red chilli, sliced

A handful of coriander, roughly chopped

A handful of spring onion, sliced

A handful bean sprouts


  1. Mix eggs, mozzarella cheese, pepper and fish sauce in a bowl and whisk well. Stir while adding the crab meat.

  2. Fill the cooking oil about 1/3 of the pan. Heat over medium heat. Once the oil is hot enough when a wooden spoon drops into the oil form small bubbles. Prepare two spatulas and a baking tray lined with a kitchen towel.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the oil and use a spatula until it forms like a cylinder.

  4. Once the omelette is golden brown, transfer it to a baking tray and absorb the oil using another kitchen towel.

  5. Place on a plate and sprinkle with chili, bean sprouts, coriander leaves, and scallions. Serve with cooked ERA Super Import Nagasari Rice.
